Emily Brown

She qualified as a veterinary nurse from The College of Animal Welfare in 2015. She is a senior nurse at our Wood Street Veterinary Hospital, where she is responsible for student training, nurse consults and the management of our dispensary. She previously worked at The College of Animal Welfare for 2 years as a nursing student Progression Coach, and completed a Level 5 certificate in coaching/ mentoring while there.

Her passion is for feline friendly practice, with strong interests in feline medicine and emergency/ critical care. She is currently studying the VetsNow Certificate in Emergency & Critical Care, with future plans to complete the ISFM Diploma in Feline Nursing. She has a collection of animals at home, 6 cats and 2 dogs - all of which she adopted as rescues from the RSPCA Southridge.
